Max’s Harvest chefs have forged bonds and created relationships with vegetable farmers from Delray, Boynton & Loxahatchee, as well as many other vegetable & fruit farmers throughout the state. They have sourced a cattle rancher in Clewiston who raises the Akaushi breed, a Wagyu cow from Japan, and they have also located a pig farmer in Avon Park who raises Hereford pigs, a heritage breed of pork and another rancher from Deland that raises grass fed lamb.

Max’s Harvest believes, food tastes naturally delicious when grown with care, harvested at precisely the right moment and delivered to the kitchen directly from the source. Fresh ingredients delight the senses and are the essence of great cooking.
